Badger fit meal plans are meant to teach clients a better way to do eat that is healthy and sustainable. After completing a 12 or 16 week plan, clients will be equipped to continue applying the same concepts on their own.
Clients don't count calories or macros, although the concepts Todd utilizes are similar to the macros approach. His meal plans are developed based on portion control, 5-6 smaller meals per day, whole foods and weekly variation of carbs, fats and protein sources in a way that teaches clients how to eat intuitively.
